I had an unpleasant experience with FabIndia, Esteem Mall, Bangalore almost a month ago. I was made to wait almost half an hour by the grumpy Store Manager, to know the price of a kurta which was without a price tag. Despite that I picked up two kurtas and walked out, only to discover a couple of days later, when I was headed to a meeting, that one of the kurtas was defective with broken seams around the armhole. Though on going back to the store, the staff gave me a replacement within ten days, this has left a bitter taste, this despite being a longtime customer.
