Total breakage of customer trust

Hi,

I ordered 4 items of clothing from fashion and you site on 16th October (4 Adidas t-shirts under express saledelivery) for a total charge of 3045 INR with order number 949806 . On October 17th I got an update that the order was shipped. My emotions turned from pleasure to ire when I found that only 2 of the items were shipped as opposed to express sale and all of them to be shipped together. On 19th October when I followed up with tracking, the courier was delivered to a different address and a person. I immediately called them to rectify the same. I spoke to some person called Kranti who offered to fix the issue and all i got was FNU numbers 763459 and 763467. I was asked to callback after 48 hours.

I promptly did on 22nd October. Imagine my consternation when I was told that no request was processed. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She gave me the bad news that the third t-shirt of the 4 ordered was also unavailable and offered to speeden the process. She asked me to be patient and requested for another 48 hours. She went on about how the delivery department is not hers and that she will send a request for the refund of the 3rd tshirt. I had FNU numbers 763459 and 774707

Again "I" had to follow up after 72 hours on 25th October. When I did, the customer support representative was terrible. She did not understand english or worse - did not want to. Finally I switched to Hindi and she was able to respond better. She added to the above bad news that the 4th tshirt was also unavailable and would process a refund. She told the refund would take until atleast Tuesday 1st November which is ridiculous as when I paid the bill, the amount was debited from my account immediatly. She additionally processed FNU numbers 787230 and 787471.780791.This time I was totally appalled at the abysmal service and lack of interest in fixing the issues which "I" had to endure not because of my faults. All I got was we have raised a request and sent to this department and that department. Please understand our protocols - blah blah... I am curious if Fashion and You would agree if I offerred to pay in part.

Now all I have are extra phone calls of putting up with a crappy customer service, no t-shirts, out of my hard earned 3045 INR and an added phone call bill.

The worse thing is something similar has happened to two of my other colleagues - incorrect part delivery - twice and refusal to accept return).

Hoping for a quick refund of my entire bill at the earliest.
