Didnt deliver my orde

I purchased one top from fashionandyou.com on 14th/01/12. my order no. 1324680.

yet its not delivered (26/02). I called number times (5-6), they are telling just wait for sumtimes.

even they did nt know how many days.

i asked to return my money, they said we can not cancel your order.

this is the fraud site, don't order any thing from this site. better to shop from other online shopping site, they are giving delivery within a week.
