Spoiled my designer suits

I gave my new designer suit for drycleaning to 9Z in Krishna Nagar and they have spoiled the suit completely. It has big patches all over the jacket. Instead of listening to my grievance the shop incharge started shouting at me. I have so many visits to the dry cleaner to get the solution but every time has been harrassed in public.
