Destroyed my blaze

Hi,

I had given given my blazer for dry cleaning to Ashirwad Dry Cleaners. When I got back the blazer from them after dry cleaning, I found that it was burnt in small patch on the back, also as it was cordori blazeer there was lot of signs of hard brushing, it had become hard and it was no more soft as it was earlier.

I have bought the blazer only 2 months back for Rs.4000/- from Pune Central. It was first time I had given more dry cleaning. The blazer is no more worth wearing as it has lost all its charm.

Please let us know how can I get my reimbursment for the loss I had to bear from the Dry cleaner. The shop owner claims we do not take the responsibility if the clothes are damaged and they are not ready to pay for it.
