Hi

My name is Inder and am a resident of sector 10 Dwarks. Yesterday at approx 2:30pm I have bought my monthly grossery from Sabka Bazar, Rajapuri, Dwarka, the staff is very curtious and helpful.

When I recahed home I find that a couple of things were missing and also couple of things I boughyt was already were in my stock so I wanted to REPLACE them, I try to call them but the phone number 011-45575079 given on the invoice is not working, as despite my continuous efforts i could not speak to any of the Sabka bazar officials.

Later in the evening I send my brother for the exchane and also to get the missing article. My brother been given the articles not given to us before but the staff has refused to exchange the product.

May I request you to please look into the matter and the articles which were bought by mistake should be replaced.

You are also requested if your company has a policy of "NO EXCHANGE" then please display a note of the same, so that people will be more careful about the facts.
