Label removed after simple wash

I bought Five T-shirts from Tristar Retail Pvt. LTD, Reebok Shoppe, GE-2, Astrone Tower, opp Ishkon Temple, S.G. High Way, Ahmedabad380015

Reebok lable on the t-shirt has gone away immediately in the first simple wash of water. We have replaced same one but the same case repeated in the second T-Shirt, Now we do not want more experience we want our money back inspite of any other exchange but above said shope office denied for refund and they suggested to pick any other product of same range
