I bought a pair of shoe from INC 5, Oberoi Mall, Goregaon East, Mumbai on 10 Feb. I paid INR 1490/- for the shoe pair. Within 3 months, I foundthe sole of one shoe has come out. When I took it to the outlet, the outlet manager accepting it by saying very minor problem. You could see the small nails which were coming out of shoe. I have barely wore it for a one and half month. They are not returning money nor exchanging it. Manager replies saying I'll send it to the company to fix it and you can collect it later. They must be selling 20 pairs of shoes in a day but I donot buy shoes every day.
These outlets shoudl understand the customer problem and give us a solution which is acceptable. This was rediculous.
