Dear Sir / Madam,

I had purchased a pair of Hush Puppies No. 10 shoes from your Camac Street outlet on 13th January. I have always trusted Bata shoes and have been wearing them for the past 45 years. However, while brushing my shoes, I was surprised to find that in a span of 1 year the soles of both the pairs have cracked laterally, making them useless for further wear. It may be worthwhile to note here that I travel by car only and have never used them for rough use.

Under the above circumstances, and taking into consideration the cost of the product, I request you to let me know what action I should take, as I feel that this is definitely a case of sub -standard material and you are morally bound to replace / repair the same free of cost.

Please respond at the earliest before I make up my mind never to touch Bata Shoes again.
