I have given my Jacket for dry cleaning on 12th December. The Jacket has been ruined by the cleaners and now it has scratches all over it. When complained, the staff at counter gave me his owner's no. (Mr. Yasir). I talked to Yasir once and he assured me that the issue will be resolved. Now he doesn't pick up my call neither has replied to my SMS. The counter staff always says they will call me after talking to their owner which never happened. I have already visited them at least 15 times.
