My husband purchased a diamond ring worth 16000 from new showroom of josco jewellery, trivandrum, kerala.he is from pune and bought this from kerala to gift me before marriage when i was in kerala.after marriage i found that the diomonds are coming out of it and gave it back to the jewellery.they took nearly 2 months to get it back repaired.this was before 8 months.again it came back before 2 months.its been about two months that they haven't find time to get it back repaired.they do all this sweet talk and guarranty at the time of purchase and do zero service.i just hate that jewellery!! another experience is that, at my time of marriage i got a coral bead golden necklace from the old showroom with 24% making charge and all the beads came out.i couldn't even wear that on my marriage!!! and they were not at all ready to fix that for me.i spend thousands of rupees for purchasing that i havent worn it even for one time!!! its been more than a year now... i will never and ever go back to that jewellery, also i told all my friends and relatives about my experience.i request the authorities to look seriously in to this complaint and take necessary actions..please...
