I would like to lodge a complaint against Rave Moti Big Bazaar Kanpur.
I purchased three Shirts on 27-08-10 from Rave Moti Big Bazaar Kanpur. When I reached home I found that the shirt measurement was not upto the mark according to my size.
I reported on 30-08-10 for replacement of shirts but customer care executive said to bring the tags of the shirts and asked to come on the next day.
I again reported on 31-08-10 and this time the statement of customercare executive was very surprising. He said these shirts are already used several times and refused to exchange the shirts.
Whe I went to purchase the shirts, No care taker was there to entertain me about the size and Regular fit or Slim fit Concept of shirt.
I want Judgement because no authorise person deputed to hear the problems/grievances of Customers BIG BAZAAR
