It is regarding big bazar attitute towards customer and fooling them repeatedly.on 17 july i puchased a JC &C long ladies trowser from a bin where it was written any stuff cost Rs 99/- and i was charged with Rs 399/- when i enquired about this with the HR manager and the store manager of the tinsukia BIG BAZAR they gave me the reply that it was by mistake some of their customer had placed that stuff which doesn't belong to that bin, as a regular customer i accepted the issue and paid Rs 399/-.But when i again visited on 25 Aug it was my surprise that the same lot of DC & C ladies trowser was again placed in the same bin where it was written this time any stuff for Rs 199/-.Again i called the HR manager and the store manager and asked them what is the reason why today again the stuff is placed in the bin is it belong to the offer price because i want to purchase one more this time, but again the manager gave the reply that this time some of their staff kept the stuff mistakenly.here again they will charge Rs 399/- to a customer where it was written Rs 199/- only. This is the way everytime the cusomer is getting fooled in the bigbazar tinsukia and like meevrytime all the customer doesn't comes to know about the bill he is charged when it is rush hour. In this way Big Bazar Tinsukia is fooling the customer and charhing the same and doesnot refund the money if it is the fault of their staff.once it can be a fault but evryime it is intentionally. I was never been conated and the money was never refunded to me where Big Bazar was in fault.
