Leather shoes complaint

Dear Sir

But 4-5 months back, I purchased a pair of leather shoes (cost Rs. 1000/-), unfortunately due to some material problem it shifted and damaged on right side toe.

Then I went to the same dealer, Sushil boot house Bhiwani stand, Rohtak (Haryana), but he refused to attend the same problem and said there is no guarantee of any type of shoes. Also said, directly contact to company.

So in this way, this is not an age of any shoes.

Plz do needful to solve this problem.
