LORDS Shoes quality is pathetic!
I bought a pair of LORDS shoe from Phoenix mall, Lower Parel, Mumbai in the month of on July for the regular use. Shoe quality was really bad. Ina month only I had realised finding problems. I work as a communication manager and have only normal use to office and home type.
In the month of October, upper part of shoe started coming out and it was a situation that I couldn’t use it.
I visited the showroom and enquired. They show room incharge at Lower Parel denied and said that the qualities of shoes are descent. Finally with all explanations, the company agreed to do a servicing if I can submit the bill later.
I gave the pair of shoes servicing n the same day, October.. I was told for a 2 week time for servicing time and they agreed shoes will be ready. I waited till 3rd week of October and started enquiring about it. Though October passed and November started, I was only told shoes are not ready.
On the first Saturday of November, I visited lower Parel outlet and asked for the shoes. I didn’t get any response from them. Still they were saying it is not ready. I asked for the same in writing that they can deliver me the shoes on the particular date they agreed but they promised shoes will delivered to me by end of second week. I waited with some hope thinking just a week more, why not?
I visited the outlet on November 12 to the Lower Parel outlet and enquired about it. The outlet incharge made me to wait half an hour telling they are searching the shoes, they are new management as old management resigned. I had showed the servicing slip I had received during the time I gave the shoes for servicing. I had to explain to him from initial stage to current situation that need the shoes.
Store incharge asked me a week more time and promised that it will be delivered to my home. I had no other options left but to agree. I waited and waited. At the end of November, I had made calls and enquired but they said it has not reached the outlet. December came, I had called and informed that if you don’t deliver the shoes, I will have to complaint or do necessary action but till now I have not got any response from LRDS shoes. Pls everyone, LORDS is fake, they have no value for cutome value, I know the trauma I had and still continues from the company making me to visit the outlet manytimes and I had to call so many times begging for the shoes which I had bought for Rs. 1800/- . I still doubt is there is any value for consumer rights. This companies are fooling out customers
