Sub.: Delivery of Reebok Shoes of improper Size
Dear Sir / Madam,
Reference is made to the annual subscription of Books made by me in your Club vide aforesaid Invoice No. and Order No.
In this regards, I would like to bring to your kind notice that I was entitled a FREE gift of one pair of Reebok Shoes against the said subscription and I am in receipt of the same. But to my surprise, without any confirmation of my Shoe SIZE the shoes have been delivered to me.
Please be noted that my Shoe Size is 10 / 11 No. but the one delivered by you is of 8 No. and hence it doesn’t fit my legs. I therefore request you to kindly change those shoes and deliver to me NEW pair of Shoes of appropriate size.
I am sending those Shoes vide courier and request you to kindly re-imburse the courier charges amount vide cheque payable to me.
Your early action in this matter will be highly appreciated.
