Your sales promotional executive has intimated that the booked item will be sent within three weeks. the same was booked through credit card no. 4006661519332949 during september. He has also mentioned that I had won a golden ornament set worth Rs. 27, 000/- and that will be dispatched to me and for that I have to pay the eligible tax. and also to purchase the articles worth Rs. 6000. I explained the position and he sold the bed covers. Till date no material was received by mee and the phone no. 011-40502424 also not giving proper guidance. If I am not getting the reply within 7 days I will sent the details to the consumer's court please note this and also sent messages to the news papers about the fake sales and cheating the public. please reply immediately
