I am writing this, as i have went through lot of pain in last one week, Company like Lee Cooper, Which is considered as premium brands in India, deliver worst service and quality

I bought one pair of Lee cooper shoes, from METRO SHOEs, Linking road, Bandra, Mumbai, 15 days back for Rs 2085, and in one week itself, its damaged, Its pasting has come out and the shoe is open from two sides, When i took up this matter with METRO SHOES, they say, it will take 20 days to get it repaired,

I am surprised by the fact that, there is no point of contact for customers, No Grievance cell for customer complaints etc,

Please help me in this issue,
