levi recently started a promotional offer in which they were issuing cards and enrolled people purchasing from them and registering for the same. They were supposed to be sending password to the e-mail addresses for the registrants and adding points to one's card.
It has been A MONTH since i registered and even after complaining to their online customer care services i havn'e been issued a password or points (i had made 2 purchases and i have the bill for the same too) in my membership card..as my card is still not valid (they havn't registered me yet).
