I have booked lotto shoe (code-248207) on 11/12 at 03.00 P.M. Miss. Simi has booked my order no. 908179561 and amount. 999.00. she said that product will deliver within 4 to 5 days. That time the lotto shoe was showing in stock and she booked my order 2 times. After one week I called homeshop18 toll free no your customer care executive said that there is some courier company problem please wait 4 to 5 days. After one week again I called your toll free no and other customer care executive said that there is some technical problem please wait 4 to 5 days. On 22/12 I talked your customer care executive and he forward my compliant no.68900583 to concern department. After 3 days I called so many times to your toll free no and every customer care executive gave me wrong information. On 31/12 Mr. Manish called me and said that your order has been canceled due to out of stock I want to know if product was showing out of stock than how can she booked my order (2 times booked)? He said that please wait when product will in stock than you can book the shoe again. After 20 days he informed me Why? I want to know why should I book the order again because I have already booked the order? This is the second time I am facing this type problem. This is very poor, ruthless dealing with me. This is not the way to deal with the customer. I will not book my order again. I want my product as I have already booked. I have not canceled my product. Its your company mistake not my. Kindly look into this matter.
