Colour of t-shirt faded on wearing it once only, it was not even washed

Hi,

I had purchased a t-shirt from Marks and Spencer on July 24. i wore the t-shirt only once and the colour was not fast, it spoiled my other inner-garments and i have not even washed the t-shirt. The colour was leaching on my body the whole day when I wore the t-shirt. hen I went to the shopkeeper to replace the t-shirt and also asked him that its his duty to inform that the colour of the t-shirt is not fast, he refused to listen, ni higher officials were presnet to attend me at the store, this all was talked by the person present at the cash counter.

I went to purchase the t-shirt because I know the brand is good but it is wrong on the shopkeeper's part, he should have informed me about the colour at the time of buying, my other clothes are also spoiled because of the t-shirt.
