Max retail division-oasis
Transaction amount not refunded

Respected Sir,

I had done the transaction for amount 1, 984 in Max Retail store on 19-Jun. Due to some issue they have canceled the transaction and assured me that amount will be transferred to my account in one week.

Its almost 10 days and I didn't get my amount back.

Please take serious action against the Merchant as they are simply playing with the consumer money.
