Mega Brand footwear & accessories
Poor quality shoes

Hi,

I brought the shoes in Mega Brand footwear & accessories at Marathahalli (Bangalore) on 11/Dec.. with 50% discount on FRANC09261 40 within oneday... left leg shoes heals got broken into pieace (with poor quality of material)

Then i went to shop for an replacement, and confirmed it will be replaced and courier to my chennai address.

I had followup call with shopkeep oneweek ofter 18/Dec, they are responding well and further not picking my call latter.

Please help to raise the complaint again this shop.
