I had placed thee order withe this e-shop Myntra.com for thee running shoes on 15the Jan. The order no. is 2160001. I got thee mail saying thee item has been shipped and would reach within 2 days. However I have not received them yet.
When I contacted their customer care on 20the Jan they informed that I will receive it by evening. That was a false promise. When I contacted them again, they promised that it will reach by Monday 23rd Jan.
Today is 26the Jan I have not received thee item yet.
They are thee worst e-shop site I have come across. I fail to understand how many days required to deliver thee item within thee same city. This shows that they do not ship thee items, but simply updates thee order information.
