Ad quality shoes

I have bought Nike apparel shoes from LEATHER EMPORIUM, KHATRI MARKET, adjoining Bank Of Baroda, G.T.Road, KUNDLI, SONEPAT.But after two or three wear the shoes leather get torn and also the stitching got loose and opened too. So, i want my shoes to be replaced as the quality is not as per the company described about their product.
