Things missing

I had really bad experience with ondot..

I sent courier on Tuesday from Bangalore to Kolkata (Consignment # 181490080)

The recipient found things missing from it. The list was pasted on the cover.. but the same number of materials were not present in the parcel.

Also it took 3 days to reach the parcel where as service level agreement is of 2 days.

Kindly address my grievance ASAP or I'd like to move to consumer court.
