The package had been sent from Chandigarh to Chennai, on Friday 11, November.

The ondot.info website shows, the package has been dispatched on Saturday-November 12.

There is no status update against this item on the website until now. The AWB number is 267236858.

I spoke with the customer care representatives and I'm not really getting a proper information from them. They say, the package would come today, tomorrow and everyday I'm calling them and hearing the same thing. While I contacted the Chennai Center, they said, it has been delivered to the Chennai Egmore office on Nov17.But not yet delivered the parcel...
