I am writing you this mail to divert your kind attention towards the kind of services the courier company is providing to their customers. My Papa has booked a courier no.215754432 from Delhi to Chandigarh (Punjab) on 06/01 but it was not delivered as of..there residental address.many times i call customer care center bet they allways asked me ur courier is lost and we cant help u.plz solve my problem Immediately. I m waiting ur good Response.
