Payback points not credited for rs.2000 transaction at pantaloons

Payback card offers payback points for shopping at pantaloons.

4 points for every rs.100 transaction at pantaloons.

On 12th july I DID 2 transactions at pantaloons, g.S.Road guwahati . 1st was worth rs.2000 and 2nd was worth rs.475.

But I got only 19 points (for rs.475 transaction).

I must get 80 more points for rs.2000 transaction.

I wrote them many times but they always tell its processing..but I haven't got points till now.
