I have bought a Top from Pepe in Sale for Rs. 599 after discount. After 1 wash the color of the top ran out and now after several complains the Company is not ready to exchange it saying that it cant be exchanged as it is bought in Sale. This surely means that Pepe sells inferior quality clothes during their sales period which is being accepted by their Sales executive. This is cheating their customers and they have also said that they are there only to earn and not be genuine. My Invoice No. is 3083 and alteration slip No. is 4455. The top should be Either exchanged and be given a non defective piece or refund my money or let me purchase some other top worth Rs. 599.
