I did not recevie my order from homeshop18.com

I placed an order online from the site Online Shopping India - Shop Online for Mobiles, Cameras, Home Appliances, Books, Jewellery and more from HomeShop18 on 19/10 and the payment was made in advance by credit card. I received a confirmation message in my number that the product will be delivered within 5 working days. I have not received the product yet. I called the company several time and all I got was false promises. I spoke to several supervisors. There were several instances when I was called by the company and asked to be there at home because the product will get delivered. I left my other work and stayed at home several time but it never reached. I got a call today and was told that the product will be delivered and yet again I stayed back at home all day long but I did not receive the product. I feel humiliated and cheated by the company again and again.

I have never come across such a pathetic and hopeless customer care. No respect for the their word or for others time.

i am so disappointed by the fake promises made by your people...

Is there any legal action that we can take regarding the company or compensation I can get for the loss of my time, money and most of all my respect. I believe you can help me out.
