I Ajoy Das, Junior Project Scientis t (employee of Department of Science & Technology, Bikash Bhavan (4 th floor), Kolkata), lives in

Block “A”, Lake Town, Jessore Road, Kolkata-700 055. Buy a shoe (item no. DB 168 size 9) from Ajanta Footcare (I) pvt. Ltd, Bidhan Nagar, Bidhan Nagar Showroom, 195 CIT Scheme, VIP- M, Kolkata- 700067, Ph.no. 033 23551593 on 05/01
and the rate of this item is Rs. 450/-(Four hundred fifty rupees only).
But the problem is the soul damaged poorly after one month from the date of purchase (i.e. 08/02). I submit the shoe for repairing/Replacement because it is in 3 months guarantee period in the showroom from where i purchased it.
They told me the delivery date 24/02 to take the shoe . when i went to get my shoe from Ajanta showroom they reply it is in the process of repairing naming Re-souling. after three days (as on 27/02) latter i went to Ajanta showroom for taking my shoe, I saw my shoe repaired as a normal condition because the soul of my shoe is totally damaged. They repair it 's lower thin layer of the soul and the major part of this damaged soul is unrepaired and that reason i told them it is not repair properly but they refused and ignored me. They said it repair properly when i refused to take this unrepair shoe they kept it and threatened me . as a result I couldn't get my shoe in fully repaired/ Replacement from the Ajanta showroom.
Please help me sir for getting this shoe from the Ajanta showroom, Bidhan Nagar, kolkata
Because I am in trouble because I go to Jaipur, Rajasthan for my Study (M.Tech) on 28th March.
Please take necessary action as early as possible.
