At big bazaar salt lake IB Block Kolkata, even after confirming with the Sales representative we were not allowed for discount through dicounts vouchers and literaaly ahrrasaed by the billing and other staff. I understand there might be a problem Still there staff MR Uttam kumar made us waited for 50 min for billing and the excuse they provide us that he went to call Miss Prahya P sahoo, which she took 50 min to come to the counter in that small mall and Miss pragya is giving us lecture that i should have read before the terms and conditon--She is hiding her staff mistake that he only has confirmed us the discount coupun will be enyoyed

Astonishing, surprisingly and shameful--As the bazaar is growing the services are falling to very low levels
