I bought Lenovo G550 laptop from Arshans Computers, Ambattur (Their head office is in Ashok nagar). I paid for Annual maintenance Contract, Rs. 3500/- to Arshans within the stipulated 90 days time and I was told that I will get the AMC in 2 weeks. It is One year now and still they have not given me the AMC. Meanwhile, I had problems with the laptop and to my horror, I came to know that that The warranty one year warrantt I got from Lenovo was also a fake. I do not know what Arshans is doing, but I am sure that they are into cheating peolpe. My sincere advice, do not buy any product from Arshans Computers, Chennai. Be safe, move away from Arshans Computers.
