Waiting for free shoes till yet purchase of mts Mblaze datacard on 25th of dec.

hello sir/madam,

I am mayur shinde. MDN NO.9146821828 i had purchase a mts datacard as on 25th of dec into the offer with reebok shoes free.but till now i havn't got it .and when i purchase it from ur sales executive he said it will be sended to my house within 15 working days from the date of activation it so plz tell me when will you send my free reebok shoes as soon as possible.
