Problems in broadband, connection

Dear sir, i have a broad band connection at my house in puri, in the land line no-250644, since last

one year . now a days i am getting problems in a daily basis, in my broadband connections, i had taken

a combo 550 plan, now a unlimited 750, plan, since last 3 months there is frequent disconnect, i had

complained to puri sdo, det every day of no results, they are unable to rectify the erroar as on today,

so kindly look in to the matter immediately,
