In June i have bought desktop loan from Bajaj Finance, Madurai Branch.
Loan Amount is Rs.45, 000.Total number of installments 24 Months.
Unfortunately, two cheques are bounced due to two reason (i) Due to salary revision in my organisation (ii) Suffered by Jaundice
For that two bounced cheques, i have paid the cash in Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd, Ramanathapuram Branch. I had two cash receipts in my hand.
At the time of completion of loan, i have got statement from Madurai Branch office, in that one, two installments pending is specified, at that time i shown my cash receipts to them also. They told me that, if you paid the installment mean no problem sir.
But last month i have applied the used car loan at kodak Mahindra finance. They told me that, sir, your name is in CIBIL defaluter list.
Actually i have paid the balance amount Rs.4750. My loan propasal no:9034
(i) Receipt No: 4120077640 Date:17.09.07- Rs.2375
(ii) Receipt No:41266136 Date:01.11.07 - Rs.2375
Hence, kindly remove my name from CIBIL Defaulters list, in order to getting loan from others.
