I unfortunately once dropped my descent mobile phone from my hand it was inside the pouch, since then phone is not getting switch on gave it to near by micromax service center at paradise circle secunderabad AP, response they gave was software problem if sorted out will give in one day or will send it to company for same issue,

i humbly resquest you to kindly follow my problem issue and sort it asap.

its quite hard to work or live with mobile phone these days i bought it with alot of interest in that particular Q2 model only.
