No Response after taking Payment

I bet that no one can experience 'THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE' that I was experienced from Beam Telecom. Beam sales person, took money from me for 6 Months and also for Wireless router (4300/-). That's all, for two weeks no one has responded to provide the connection. If I do a call for call center, my call will be on hold for at least half an hour. Finally my call got connected, I opened a ticket and next day itself I got a message saying that my ticket is closed even doing without any contact with me and providing the connection & router. Finally after a big fight like this for two more days I got my connection. But, still now router is not provided. Just now I tried calling the call center for the same. This time, there is no one to pick the call. After 20-30 Min, the line is getting hanged up with no one attending the call. Guys, Be careful while choosing this service.
