About slow internet speed

I am syed akram customer of beamcable and i am from new bakaram area and my beam id is [email protected], i am recieving poor connecting or network from many days, my speed is 786 kbps and i am recieving less than 150 kbps, this is very less speed and i cant tolarate this speed for much time

so, i request to beamtele service providers to solve my internet problem soon

and its my fouth complaint against beam and there is no response

when my speed will be back to me, if this happens, than how can we paid u the money per month, this is my last complain after than i will directly complain to beam service office
