Dear Sir,
I had taken a connection from Beam Telecom in hyderabad few months back.they took1200/-for activation and connection charges after connection for full month I could not use the services due to their connectivity problem, Every day I complaint on their given Customer care numbers and they raise a Ticket (Complaint Number) regarding the issue but did not resolve that. Then after a month with out any prior Information the Disconnected my Services and when I contacted their Customer care they said you have to pay 860 Rs as due ammount. I said ok I am ready to pay please send any executive to take money and resume my services they replied Ok with in 24 hrs my problem will get resolved. Now every day they are saying like this and opening new tickets but my problem is still same. There are some conversation happened between me and their executive:
