I bought an 19" Beetal Vision 1019 LCD Monitor on dated 10-12 model number m8wzs serial number 31e1a33100601266. This monitor stop working and become dead i called to the customer care logged complaint on dated 13-10 they give us complaint number 11101276880011 after that engineer visit on 14-10 and checked out monitor and said to bring parts on next Friday on 21-10 but i saw that he made many screw driver marks on monitor, when i asked to engineer he behave rudely and that day to till date no any engineer come and repair my monitor. After many times to complaint on customer care and service manager mr. ankush and sale manager mr rana but no action was taken.. Today when i called to customer care again they said your call has been closed and after my conversation they allot me a new complaint number 11111276880022. Please help me to solve this issue.
