UPS not replaced during warranty

Hi,

It is more than 2 months (date of complaint raised - 12-Oct) and the UPS's with the below complaint numbers are not yet replaced or fixed.

Every time we call Service centre they say that they had not got replacement from company

No one reply's to the email address given on website

contact us form does even work.

Reaching them is big work

We are very much upset with the service and the product. We paid for the product and it is more than 2 months they are still lying in our office without being used. The above said UPS have not even used for a week.

I want a replacement.
