Delay in supplying the Gas (takes more than 15 days from the date of booked)

Hi,

My name is Nagaveni,

Every time if i book the Gas they commit the one date, on which day they will be able to supply the Gas (approximately they say 12-15 days lead time).

even then they will not suppy the gas. (they will tells many tales like: will suppy it tommorw/ i think its 12th day so u have to wait till 3 more days/ person was not available at home when the gas delivered to you are place/ door locked/ road repair/ again finally stock not avaible / Tele lines will always be enganged/ usally they sell the Gas block/ commercial Gas can provided immidiately/

phone response so poor/ as well as bad also

all these above mentioned reasons are normally they use.

Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.
