1. Kindly refer to my telephone No 0161-2852346, issued against my name, Mr Balwinder Singh, resident of VPO Khattra Chuharm, Distt Ludhiana (Pb)-141118.
2. I have approached your officials for instalation of internet conect on my above said telephone. The formalities were completed on 05 Dec 10. Your staff started instalation of the coonection upto 25 Dec 10. But the connection could not be installed. Afterall necessary efforts by me and your officials, it was decided that the connection cannot be installed due to technical problem. Therefore I have returned the instrument on 25 Dec 10 to your office at Dehlon with a request to cancell the ibid connetion. I have also requested to the staff to return my security deposit of Rs 2250/-. They advised me to come after few days and accordingly I have visited your office a No of time. But of no use.
3. In view of the above you are requested to either return my security deposit or adjust the same against my telephon bill account. I shall be thankful to you.
4. Rs 571/- has also been charged against the said connection which is not justified. When the connection was not used then why the bill floated to me.
5. You are requested to advise the SDO, BSNL, Dehlon to return the security and adjust the bill accordingly.
6. Your reply to this regard is highly solicited.
