As you know, most of us or atleast some of us are gamers who play online. What we search for in an internet connection is the ping, not speed.
Unfortunately most BSNL connections are having 300 ping on Mumbai servers (50 is considered playable ping) After 10 am and before 7pm daily, making it impossible for gamers to play games.
It has been going on for quite a few weeks and for numerous people around india. What should we do? BSNL never picks up calls so we are helpless through landline and they don't have a complaint registering website.
