Leptop is not working properly

sir, as above inf. I buy lenovoG560 model no.20042, i3, 500HD, 2gb ram;14''LCD LED, problem is that when I open my leptop it creat uncomfortable sound but after some time it remain's ok and when I open more than 2or 3 prog .and play mp3 or videos it going to damage there sound & pic.quality.

please help me and solve my problem.
