I have purchased one USB 3G Data card from Sub Divisional Engineer (coml) BSNL ponnani on dtd 02/07. The same has not been working in our house. I have informed their office several time, no action taken against my complaint. Now I understood that the 3G signal is not reaching our area. Three BSNL mobile connections are working properly in our residence.because of this I purchased USB Datacard (IME:980069001063113). The BSNL exchange and my residence is in the distance of 1Km. I am kindly requesting the authority to take necessary actions.
