No Experience Lette

Hi,

I have worked with the captioned company for almost 1 year and when i left the company they told me that my experience certificate will be sent at my address, now its almost 3 months i have not received the experience certificate and every time i call in the office they say HR is busy and if they transfer the call to HR, he says pls fwd me your address and i have forwaded him address 5-6 times, but still he is not sending mine the experience certificate. so pls help me out
