Not given the Indian Warranty Product

I bought a Dell Laptop model N5010 through P.L.Computers via invoice no c/1853 dated 07/5.

The shopkeeper cheated me he sold the laptop which he bought from outside India. that's means my Laptop not in warranty. i want my Indian warranty . my laptop is not working properly.
